Dr. Neeraj Rayate

3 things for 2025 and beyond.

A lot of us live ad hoc.
We wake up and move from one thing to the next—whatever feels urgent or exciting in the moment.

The kids need breakfast, the work emails start piling up, our WhatsApp notifications won’t stop, and before we know it, the day’s gone.

And then we pause for a moment—probably late at night—and think:
What did we actually accomplish today? In this week/month/year?

It’s not that we don’t care about long-term goals. It’s that we let the immediate take over.
The in-front-of-us demands always seem louder and bigger than the future ones.

But the truth is that living ad hoc doesn’t build a meaningful life.
And we also can’t escape the chaos. It comes with responsibilities, people counting on us, and the unpredictability of life.

It’s why if we want to live a meaningful life, we must find clarity in the chaos. The overarching path that guides us forward.

For me, I’ve found my three long-term agendas—the things I want to focus on, no matter what noise surrounds me:

1. Health

Because without it, nothing else matters.

Staying fit, strong, and energetic is my commitment for my future—the best gift I can give to myself.

2. Helping as many as I can in healthcare specialty through my knowledge, skills, and communication

Sharing knowledge and making a health-educated society is how I want to leave a lasting legacy in my field.

3. Contributing big through a social cause

Making an impact that extends beyond myself.

Giving back to the world in a way that feels deeply fulfilling.

These aren’t just lofty ideas—they’re guideposts.
When I’m overwhelmed or tempted to chase the next shiny thing, I ask myself:
Does this align with my three long-term agendas?

If it doesn’t, I let it go.

It’s not always easy. Saying no feels hard, especially when the opportunity looks good in the moment.
But saying yes to the things that matter most is what makes life purposeful.

What about you?

What three things do you want to build your life around?
Not just for a week, a month, or even a year—but for the rest of your life.

Think it over,

And let’s revisit at the end of 2025.

Wish you all a fulfilling 2025.
